Our Eclairs are baked fresh everyday to ensure you get that beautiful crisp shell. Our fillings will vary weekly from Chocolate, Mint, Carmel and more with fruit flavours which will be linked with the fruit season. This classic pastry is always a favourite. Don't expect just chocolate we aim to surprise!
Cream Puff
Our Cream Puff's are an old traditional Choux Pastry filled with Vanilla Creme Patissiere or Fresh Cream. Flavours will vary from Chocolate, Strawberry, Orange and many more! A taste for everyone!
Paris-Brest
Our Paris Brest's are a little different from the Classic. Ours contain no nuts so flavours will be more chocolate and fruit. A twist on a beautiful classic its one everyone will love!
