A Family Owned and Run Business

Brunels Bakery is a family owned company named after the great Victorian engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel, the great, great, great grandfather of the company founder.

I. K. Brunel believed in producing quality and pushing the boundaries and that is our ethos.

The two chefs have 30 years’ experience between them in a various number of restaurants, including Michelin starred.  They have now joined their talents together with their total passion for the creation of patisserie, chocolaterie and confectionary.

Our company is based in Kent “The Garden of England”, so our chefs will be using only locally grown fruit, therefore the seasons will influence our flavours.  Our products contain no additives or preservatives, and are handmade with the purest chocolate available.  Our chefs are also designing a range of gluten free and vegan options.
